Sport Massage
Sports massage is a special form of massage. The main goal is to help rehabilitate the muscular system to reduce muscle tension to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries. Sports massage also has the benefit of alleviating the stress and tension that may build up in the body.

Body Core Classes
The classes encourage good body alignment through core exercise. This aims to help achieve a harmonious structural balance that is maintained by the muscles and the nervous system. Class size will be no more than 6 people to allow for individualized attention. Both courses will be once a week for four weeks, with sessions lasting 45 minutes.
