Body Core Classes The classes encourage good body alignment through core exercise. This aims to help achieve a harmonious structural balance that is maintained by the muscles and the nervous system. Class size will be no more than 6 people to allow for individualized attention. Both courses will be once a week for four weeks, with sessions lasting 45 minutes.
